cHICKEN OR VEGETARIAN PAD THAI $15

Inspired by Thailand’s most popular street food and our family’s favorite noods, our noodles are stir-fried in a house-made tamarind pad thai sauce and accompanied with organic bean sprouts, organic red cabbage, and chicharron crumbles. Can be served with either organic, pasture-raised chicken OR vegetarian with pasture-raised eggs. Served with a side of organic mixed greens, dressed with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken Pad Thai Ingredients: organic pasture-raised chicken, rice stick noodles, organic bean sprouts, organic red cabbage, organic green onions, organic cilantro, coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, tamarind paste, organic lime, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut oil, fish sauce, organic mixed greens, organic garlic powder, organic olive oil, and organic balsamic vinegar. Optional: Add an organic, pasture-raised egg for $1.50

Vegetarian Pad Thai Ingredients: Organic, pasture-raised eggs, rice stick noodles, organic bean sprouts, organic red cabbage, organic green onions, organic cilantro, coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, tamarind paste, organic lime, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut oil, organic mixed greens, organic olive oil, and organic balsamic vinegar.

Heating Instructions: Stir-fry on stove top with some oil for about 5-6 minutes over med/high heat or until heated through. Alternatively, remove Eco-friendly lid and heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until food has heated through.
